Woot. In fact, wootcakes.

I'm officially blowing this popsicle stand in two weeks. :) Just heard from Mom this morning, they're finally hosting another family reunion at the farm--the whole shebang, Madroxes and Jessups, like we used to do before, well, me four years ago. Confirmations from everybody except Aunt Mona and her twins, which is OK with me, more or less, they're annoying and they don't like me.
And Mom specifically instructed me--yeah, like I needed the reminder--to invite Kitty. Damn, I hope she can make it.
Speaking of Kitty, I need about a three-foot piece of board, some nice quality cord to wind for a handgrip, and a three-by-six piece of clear shatterproof plastic.
Also, poll: if you were gonna hit somebody with a picture of me, what would you want the picture to look like?

I'm going to have a few things to send along with you, for your parents, if you don't mind. Also, Miles is now running about yelling something about having to make more cookies now.
Methinks Lorna is about to be ambushed again. ;)

Don't mind a bit, I'm sure they'll love to hear from you.
And good for Miles. :) Although, you realize, you're gonna have a heck of a time keeping him from spoiling his dinner now that he can make his own desserts.

Heh! Good. Have to go pick up a few things...
He's pretty good about that on his own. Circumstances and all... he knows there'll be food so he doesn't really fret about it - and he does like pretty much anything equally.

Except peanut butter and pickle with horseradish. I kinda noticed his breadth of taste too, so we did some experimenting. :)
Gonna have to find some way to get a deep-fried Twinkie up here one of these days, I bet he'd love those.

...if he'd liked that, I'd have worried. And if he gets sick, I'll be finding you to talk about that.
...
What is that? Not what I think it is, right? Right?

Hey, I ate worse when I was his age, and I only got sick the once. And I'm not trying him on bacon-limburger-and-Dorito-with-mayonnaise-and-green-pepper, so I'm not worried.
And it depends. Do you think it's a Twinkie that went to the state fair and fell into a deep-fat fryer, then got slathered with three-berry sauce and dusted with powdered sugar?
x_dazzler
June 20 2004, 16:28:22 UTC
He likes Doritos with green peppers. Actually.
....
That is so wrong.
...
Bring some back for me? (And Hank. Although Hank on a sugar high of that is just wrong, wrong, wrong.)

So do I. It was the limburger and mayo that did me.
It is wrong. And slightly denser than plutonium, with probably enough calories to feed a small third-world country.
And the state fair isn't until September, but I'll see what I can do. All my uncles in one place, I'm pretty sure we can rig a deep-fat fryer. I think we owe it to science to see if Doc McCoy can break the sound barrier walking on his hands. :)

Ew. Not going there. Not.
...maybe we should make that a carton of the things. Heh.
*evil grin*
You know, that I'd want to see. Poor poor Hank. So mean to him, we are. >:D

We are, but it's Twinkies, so I'm pretty sure he'll forgive us. :)

There is that.
Everyone else in the mansion and general area might not, though.

Use your PCIF picture. You look good in that one and if you are going to hit someone over the head (why are you hitting someone?) with a picture of yourself, it should be one that makes you look your best.

I'm not. Kitty is. Or, well, she'll have the opportunity to. I'm making her a clue-by-four for this guy in Chicago who's hitting on her. Because while I told her somebody out there had to have had a crush on her, because there have to be some other guys who aren't blind idiots, there's no sense the guy getting any ideas.
I don't think she'll actually hit him with it, but her friends suggested she try it, so I'm continuing the joke. :)
Hrm.

Definitly a very very good picture of you then. If she is going to not use it and keep the thing in her room, it should look good.

Good point.
What about that one from the time Doug pranked me?

The damp and upset one?
I think if you are going to do damp, you should do a new picture. The prank ones are a little blurry..

Need to be a pretty impressive picture, though. I mean, what if this guy isn't discouraged easily?

You could always get one of those little swimsuits like Manuel wears. ;)

Not in this lifetime. I have taste.

Judging by the comments above, if Kitty's going to potentially hit somebody with a picture of you, the question really remains:
Is he bigger than you are?
If so, you may want to use a picture that is more -- shall we say -- misleading.
Just in case.

See, this is a good question. But hey, at least I'll always outnumber the guy.

There are perspective tricks you can use in photography to make a subject look larger than it truly is.

Eh, I think I'll go with the perspective of "she's in love with me, not him." That's as big as I need to be. :)
