I was thinking a lot last night and I decided there's nothing I can do about giant mutant-hunting death ray robots, even if I still say it's right out of a really bad sci-fi movie. Probably the teachers are doing stuff about it that I'm not allowed to know about, and that's okay even if it sucks, which it does.
So I'm going to make giant pancakes with Paige, because it's fun to see how big you can get them before they fall apart, and if it's okay for Rogue to have visitors and she wants them, she can have some, and either way anybody who's hungry can have some too.
And then I'm going to look for all the sane non-mutant-hating regular people who have to be out there, because a world where the first response is "build giant killer robots" is too stupid to be the world that I actually live in. I don't know what I'm going to do when I find them, but they have to be out there.
(I'm going to look on the Internet, because running off to collect sane people would be really dumb. And I have a completely different AIM name and e-mail address from the one at the school that I'm going to use, and I'm not telling anybody I'm a mutant or my real name, I'm being careful.)

Sign me up for the giant pancake making. Also, if there is a visit to Rogue being made, maybe I could come with and meet her.
And you're roomming with a sane non-mutant-hating regular person, remember? At least, I'm still pretty sure I'm a regular person, despite getting dropped into a decidedly non-regular environment.
Also, if you want any help with the search, I'm up for it.
I still say a coma dream is looking better and better, if real life has giant death ray robots in it.

I found one of those metal kinda battleaxe-looking pizza paddles to flip them with, so I could definitely use somebody else to help with the bucket of batter.
Paige is looking at me really funny and probably having fudge flashbacks. :)
I dunno if we'll be taking any to Rogue, though, probably too many people at once would be bad for her or she wouldn't want to see them, and I haven't heard if she's allowed/wants pancakes.
Help with the search would be great--actually, you'd be perfect for it, were you ever active on any of the Alison Blaire fansites before they got shut down? And did you keep in touch with anybody?
(Also, just out of curiosity, did you ever enter the trivia contests on abtruecolors.com?)

I'm on my way down, if only to lay money with Paige on whether or not you break something with those giant pizza paddles.
And of course I'd be perfect for help with the search, because of course I was active on the Alison Blaire fansites. I've sort of kept in touch with some people, but it's been a while. I could see what I could dig up.
And considering I'm a serious posessor of obscure trivia, and the other card-carrying Alison Blaire Fanboy in the mansion, the answer to your final question would be a big "Duuuuuuhhhhhh..."
:)

Heh. I wonder if I ever ran into you.
Or beat you severely about the head and shoulders in one of those contests, I won the one following her second CD. :) Usually went by "Evil Twin" on the boards.

Who do you think won the other ones? *grin* I remember being pissed off at you for a week. Who'da thunk that we'd turn out to be living in the same room across the hall from Alison Blaire herself? I still don't understand how this could be reality and not one of our coma dreams. *chuckle*

Heh. I spent that week bouncing around triumphant after finally knocking you off your high horse. Especially since that's how I got my concert tickets. :)
And yeah, reality can be pretty nifty sometimes.
I kinda wish they were still running the trivia contests. I'd so have an unfair advantage. :)
