I'm awake.

I feel like week-old cow manure, but I'm awake, figured people probably wanted to know. Dr. McCoy said I could have some of his Twinkies for now, I'll get some actual food later.

Also, anybody who wants to actually see me has to wait until Kitty says it's okay; she's asleep right now, and I bet she hasn't been for very long, so unless you want the quietest butt-kicking on record please just let her rest.

Sorry if I worried everybody.

Is that kid okay?

I'm glad you're... better. I couldn't stop asking for you to be once I heard.

If you want, I can bring a tray and put it down without looking, if you can get up. Or come in with eyes shut.

I'm fine. Nothing hit me; I'm just waiting for Kitty to wake up before going someplace with higher ceilings. I just don't want people coming around and making noise while Kitty's asleep.

Oh, he'll be just fine, though he was asking after you. I'll let him know you're ok. His mother was wondering if she could meet you, once you felt better. Would that be ok with you?

I've been eating. I had sandwiches yesterday and I ate today, and I'll probably continue to eat tomorrow, because starvation is probably about as fun as getting crushed.

I just don't want a big fuss, okay? The sooner everything gets back to normal the happier I'll be.

Damn, and here I had accidental electrocution on my schedule for Monday.

Hear you on the sleep schedule. Just so you know, in case it ever comes up? Waking up from a coma around dinnertime does nothing good for leftover jet lag. Remind me I owe Marie cookies or something.
