x_pete October 22 2003, 12:43:03 UTC I was asleep, until a short while ago, when the over amplified voice of one of your American "comedians" screamed loud enough to wake the dead, something which I now understand to have been your fault.
I am now going to go back to sleep.
When I wake up, there will be beatings. Savage beatings.
x_crowdofone October 22 2003, 17:41:57 UTC Sorry 'bout that, sir, just having a little fun with my roommate. I'll be more careful next time.
Good thing I didn't hook it up to the mansion PA like I was thinking about, though, huh? :)
x_plosive October 22 2003, 19:52:05 UTC Good morning, Vietnam?! Try "Good morning, Tabitha" as she nearly exploded her bedroom door this morning, she was so startled.
Pranks are fun. You ever need help, you know where I am. ;)
x_crowdofone October 22 2003, 20:50:59 UTC Y'know, I hope the Professor has explosion insurance, as much as this place gets blown up.
You should've gotten up earlier, the real show was in the kitchen. I swear I should've tried to rig my camera to get a shot of Doug's face.
And I'll definitely keep that in mind. ;)
x_plosive October 22 2003, 22:52:10 UTC Heh, yeah. You'd think he'd just give up and rebuild and all metal mansion or something. Wood just burns too easily. ;)
Oh... x_cypher October 22 2003, 19:57:41 UTC I shall have my revenge. I shall, I shall...
Just as soon as my heart rate returns to something approximating normal.
*hunches over computer and begins to plot deviously*
Re: Oh... x_crowdofone October 22 2003, 20:52:09 UTC 'Course, you realize, part of the message there was "you'll have to get up early in the morning," etc. etc. :) Try to come up with something good, huh?
Grah. x_tarot October 22 2003, 21:33:07 UTC I'll help, if you like. That... person... doing the yelling startled me badly.
Re: Grah. x_crowdofone October 22 2003, 22:41:13 UTC Getting help in a prank war is kind of against the rules. Or, it's rude, anyway, and it kinda starts escalating things, and I think it would probably be a bad idea if everybody started pranking everybody else. I'm sorry I startled you, and like I told Angelo and Mr. Wisdom I'm gonna try to make the pranks a lot simpler and less disruptive from now on.
Although, if I get my dupes back any time soon, you can help him then, that'd be fair. :)
x_foliate October 22 2003, 20:41:04 UTC I'm suddenly very glad I'll be living in the basement for the next little while and very far away from you two.
x_crowdofone October 22 2003, 20:54:50 UTC Aww, I'm gonna be keeping civilian casualties down after this, honest.
Want anything while you're down there? Air tends to be really freaking dry, as I recall, and there's probably not a whole lot besides coffee, water, and leftover Mountain Dew.

Who was yelling?

I think it was Robin Williams. What I'm wondering is why. Jamie?

Well, two reasons.
One is, trying to out-prank me ought to be enough of a challenge to snap Doug out of being mopey.
And also he really shouldn't've told me I'm not good with technology. :)
You can call that the opening festivities, though, I won't be doing anything quite so public from now on.

I'd settle for "not quite so loud". Possibly "not quite so early in the morning", too.
