You guys think if I went to the grocery store and asked for ten pounds of pastrami, they'd freak out? Maybe I should grab a few loaves of rye so they think I'm just a huge sandwich fan.

Actually, I might do that anyway. Rye toast? So good.

we order a lot of our meat from a special meat company. they're special because they'll pretty much deliver anything we want in any amount. usually next day too.

Well, yeah, but that way I don't get to see the look on the deli guy's face when I ask him for ten pounds of pastrami. It's the little human touches that really make things special, I find. ;)
