1. Ow. And I thought I was in pretty good shape already.

2. I believe aerobics to have been secretly invented by the Inquisition, and will be doing research in my spare time to support this claim.

3. Gnnnngoww. Going to go boil the muscle off my bones and see if that helps.

No, actually on further thought there are no days where I would choose her over anyone here. No one here believes that idle conversation during calethentics should be answered with a backhand to the mouth.

I think I have Tiger Balm leftover from the last time I was walking around going "Gnnnngoww." and trying to become as one with the shower. It smells horrible, but it does help with sore muscles. If I do not, Doug might. I think mine might have been his to start with..
